The Nashville Schools Choice Guide is a free informational tool, not an official or authoritative source. School and childcare information changes constantly and may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Always confirm details directly with the school, childcare provider, or district before making any enrollment, placement, or financial decision. Your use of this guide is at your own risk and is subject to the terms below.
The Nashville Schools Choice Guide (the "Guide") is provided by Ezell Consulting ("we," "us," or "our") solely as a free, general informational resource to help Nashville-area families, educators, and community members explore K–12 schools and licensed childcare options. The Guide is provided "as is" and "as available."
Nothing in the Guide constitutes, and nothing in it should be relied upon as, educational, legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. The Guide does not recommend, rank, endorse, or guarantee any particular school, childcare provider, or educational choice. Decisions about a child's education and care are personal and consequential; you should consult the relevant school, provider, district, or a qualified professional before acting.
The information in the Guide — including but not limited to zoning and boundary lines, enrollment status and open seats, grade levels served, programs, tuition and fees, state letter grades and ratings, application windows and deadlines, transportation routes, licensing status, and contact details — is compiled from publicly available sources and changes frequently. It may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Guide will be error-free, uninterrupted, or continuously available.
We make a good-faith effort to keep the Guide as current as possible, but much of the underlying data is updated only periodically by its original source, and the Guide can only be as current as the source data allows. State letter grades are a key example: the Tennessee Department of Education publishes A–F school letter grades only once per year, typically in December. The grades shown here reflect the most recent annual release and may not reflect a school's current performance or any change since that release. Other information — such as enrollment, tuition, programs, and deadlines — may likewise lag behind the school's or provider's current status. Always confirm the latest figures directly with the school, provider, or district.
You are responsible for independently verifying all information before relying on it.
The school, childcare provider, or school district is the only authoritative source for its own current information. Before making any enrollment, placement, or financial decision, you should confirm directly with that school, provider, or district — including current zoning, enrollment eligibility and availability, deadlines, tuition, programs, licensing, and any other detail material to your decision.
The Guide is an independent project of Ezell Consulting. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or an official source for Metro Nashville Public Schools (MNPS), the Tennessee Department of Education (TDOE), the Tennessee Department of Human Services (TDHS), WeGo Public Transit, or any individual school, charter operator, private school, home-school organization, or childcare provider listed in it. References to these entities are for identification and informational purposes only. We do not speak for any of them.
Childcare and daycare facilities are listed separately from schools and are included for informational purposes only. Licensing, capacity, ages served, inspection history, and operating status are regulated by the Tennessee Department of Human Services and change frequently. Listing a facility in the Guide is not a recommendation, endorsement, or verification of its licensing, safety, or quality. Always confirm a provider's current license status and standing directly with TDHS and with the provider before enrolling a child.
The Guide draws on third-party data and may link to third-party websites (for example, school sites, district pages, transit information, or mapping services). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, policies, or practices of any third-party source or site. Inclusion of any data or link does not imply our endorsement of it. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
